focuses on the startup stage at a point when it seems like things are functioning. You have identified your growth path and seek seed investments in the next 6 to 12 months for your scale. So you need to prepare and lay the basis for your investment-readiness. Here you will be able to take a good look at your processes, operations, financials and team. What works, what does not; how to render your operations self-standing and sustainable so you can actually focus on investment-raising and strategic growth in the next period. At this stage, you will further develop your leadership and the one of your team. You will plan or professionalize further your advisory and do a lot of 365 finances.

KICK I is a 8-week intense pre-acceleration

accessible online through our LMS interactive platform “IHB Launchpad”. On the platform, you will access the blogs, webinars, classwork, decks and forum where the IHB team and mentors follow your progress, answer to your questions online and post resources and news. At the same time, you will participate to 8 masterclasses/workshops that will be delivered at the Impact Hub Belgrade. While these are recorded and thus accessible online, physical participation is highly recommended. The masterclasses will be based on the optimization of processes on sales, marketing, internal and external communications, finances and team leadership for growth.
